Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2023

Voxmediasolutions provides services under contract. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Rule

We do not offer refunds for services already delivered or in progress.

2. Cancellation Before Start

If the client cancels before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or setup fees.

3. Partial Work

For projects cancelled mid-way, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date will be retained. Any unused advance payments may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Monthly retainers once the month has begun.

• Third-party costs (ads, tools, subscriptions).

• Custom development or design work after approval.

5. Disputed Charges

Contact us within 2 days of billing to resolve any disputes.
